Order processing

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. Delays can occur during festive seasons, sales or because of weather and courier disruptions.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Packaging

Every piece is packed carefully to protect it in transit. Please check your parcel when it arrives and tell us quickly if anything looks damaged.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will get tracking details by email. You can also see your order status from My Account.
